Reload Bonus Whoring with Phonecard Payment

I try to do the Party reload bonus every month, and I use the phone card option because my bank won't do gaming transactions. Unfortunately, the largest phonecard I can buy is $500. I'd like to do $1000 each time to maximize my bonus. Also, each time I do it, it doesn't credit me with my bonus even though I put in the code and I have to call the help line to get the bonus. Has anybody had these problems and/or solutions?
