Question on Party reload bonus

This may be a stupid question. . . but here goes:
Am I allowed to withdraw money from my Party acct, then immediately (or within 24hrs) deposit that same amount and be eligible for the reload bonus?
In other words, I would like to transfer $500 from Party to Neteller, then as soon as it clears, make a deposit from Neteller to Party for $500.

I would think that this would not be allowed. . . but I couldn't find anything that says you can't do it.
