Yes. What, you think Limbaugh cares what Mel Gibson has to say? I think Limbaugh has the common sense approach of thinking kids shouldn't be encouraged to skip school, period. Encouraging a field trip, fine. They are related, yet different, things. Kids should not be encouraged to break rules and to think school is unimportant. I don't know why this surprises people.

I'll admit it's a fine line, but it's a line nonetheless. Kids don't need adult friends. They need adult disciplinarians who teach them right from wrong and how to be a good person. Skipping school does not accomplish this. Tell them to see the movie on a weekend. Problem solved.
