First trip to the gym today. I managed to a few sets of squats, some back excercises, hit all the deltoids and did some bicep work. I am horribly out of shape - I had to take huge rests between sets to catch my breath, and my strength is down by at least 30 or 40 percent.
Going again on friday most likely for chest, abs and tris. weight: 160lbs, probably less because the scale seemed wonky squat: 2 x 8 sets at 185 lbs bench: NA -SmileyEH |
