intertops cashout question

how long will my money remain in the sportsbook? it was transfered from the poker room to the sports book fairly quickly, but i requested a cashout from the sports book to neteller earlier today and its still in the sports book! i know their cashouts take a long time, but i thought my money would go to pay pro instead of staying in the sports book. anyone know whats going on?
