Default Can I bet against another player at BJ?

I've been spending a little time playing Blackjack lately, mainly because even though it's mostly a losing bet, I still enjoy the game, and find the atmosphere a whole lot more friendly to deal with than sitting at a table-full of Hellmuth wannabes.

Except that I notice at Foxwoods, where the poker room's packed [censored]-to-elbows, that the waiting crowd has been overflowing to the non-smoking table games.

This last time, I saw a bunch of young-uns in their poker outfits sitting at a BJ table while waiting for their names to be called in the poker room. For the first time, I saw the potential for a solid winning bet: No matter what happened, these guys were going to make bad decisions.

I know that they let you put a bet down behind someone else's hand. If they win, you win. I was just wishing I could have found a way to bet against these guys.

I know, I know, if you could bet against players, then all you'd have to do to make money is to bet against everyone but the counters. After all, that's what the casino's doing.

Still, it just seemed so juicy.
