Default Getting owned; two hands for checkup

Running at -5.41 BB/100 is bad, right?

Feels like my hole cards are being dealt face up the last couple days... how do these look?

Pokerroom 1/2

1 limper, I raise with 99 in MP. CO cold calls, SB and BB fold, limper calls.

3 to the flop for 7.5 SB

Flop 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Limper checks, I bet, CO raises, I call.

Turn (5.75 BB) K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check/call because I have the 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

River (7.75 BB) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check/fold.

Another one, same game.

Folded to me in CO with A7o. I raise, SB 3-bets, BB calls two cold, I call.

Flop: A, 4, 5 rainbow.

SB bets, BB calls, I raise, SB 3-bets, BB calls, I call

Turn: Q

SB bets, BB calls, I call.

River: K

SB Bets, BB calls, I only beat JJ at this point but I call getting 14:1.

Can you find a fold here? And how was the first hand?
