Default Closing my Empire account

I know this issue has been brought up a million times here but I'm too lazy to do a search on my specific question. After dealing with their horrible customer service for awhile I finally got them to close my account. I tried logging into my account to make sure it was closed and it said "Your account has been temporarily frozen." Does this mean I'm good to make a new account or do I get to spend more time with their customer service?
