I think I botched this hand, even though I took it down. There was a lot of limping pre-flop, so I was surprised to see it go heads-up right away. Is there a better line for me to take here?

BB was a maniac whose chip stack and been yo-yo'ing. I'd doubled up against him early when he pushed TT pre-flop against my KK.
