MP1 was loose-passive. Over about 50 hands, the button was at about 40% VP$IP and 15% PFR.
PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 2 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls, MP1 calls, CO calls, Button calls. River: (10 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players) Hero checks, MP1 checks, Button bets, Hero raises, MP1 calls, Button calls. Final Pot: 16 BB I don't like the turn or the river here at all. The check-call on the turn seems weak to me in spite of the 3-flush on the board. I went for the check raise on the river here because the button could usually be counted on to bet if checked to even if he didn't have a hand. Even though it worked, I still think that betting out is way better since there's a pretty good chance that the other two players (even the usually aggressive button) will elect to take a free showdown given the very coordinated nature of the board. All in all, I don't think I played this very well at all. Your thoughts? |
