Canterbury 15/30 hand

A friend of mine told me about this hand, so a few of the details might be a little sketchy, but I wanted to get everyone's thoughts.

Hero (my friend) is in MP with 66. The button and small blind are in, as well as perhaps some other people. Hero has a good read on the button as being a very strong player.

Flop: 776, two spades. SB bets, Hero raises, button calls, SB 3 bets, Hero 4 bets, SB caps, all call.

Turn: Ks. SB bets, Hero raises, button 3 bets, SB calls, Hero folds.

River: blank. SB checks, button bets, SB calls.
