Default Nice draw 5/10 - playing for stacks?

Hi - a friend of mine and I discussed this hand and agree that he played it right - but would like some other opinions too.
No HH so here goes

No specific reads on villian other than he takes his TPTK and the like too far - but not a maniac by any means.

Hero 87d (200BB)
Villain (100BB)

UTG calls, Villain calls, MP2 raises to 4xBB, Hero calles, folded to UTG who calls, Villain calls.

FLOP:

9c 4d 6d

UTG checks,
Villain raises 20xBB (pot),
MP2 folds,
Hero reraises to 60xBB
UTG folds,
Villain moves in for 40xBB mere,
I call...

How's the line?
