Default Anyone recommend a good motherboard?

About 2 months ago, I bought a second system from a friend. The system is fine, but I have an ATI 9800 Pro video card that just refuses to work with it. It freezes, refuses to load up on Windows. I used my video card on my other system and it works without a problem, so it appears that it may be a motherboard problem on my second system.

My second system has a built in LAN, vid card, sound card - all the stuff that I don't like but seems to come pre-packaged nowadays as standard with most motherboards.

Anyways, I am looking to buy a new motherboard. Something reliable and compatible with my P4 3.0 Ghz chip. Can anyone recommend something around the $100 - $150 range? I prefer it if it didn't have all that built in LAN, Video, sound card stuff in it, but if it does - that's ok as long as my regular video card will work.

Thanks.

Lawrence
