Managing on-line $$$

I have been playing on line now for about 3 or 4 months. I was very hesitant at first as I was unsure about security of sites and always leary about scams etc., etc.. That is all behind me now. Now that I have started to build a bankroll my question is where do you leave your money? Do you keep it in your NETELLER account or do you leave it in the poker site(s)? It seems keeping the majority of it in your NETELLER account is the more practical. Does that make sense?
