Friendly Superbowl Pool

I have a friend hosting a Super Bowl party and was interested in my help creating a pool. You know the type, boxes are purchased, numbers assigned and the score at quarters or whenever determines who wins the money. I've set up easy ones in the past but am interested in something a little more original. Any good ideas?
