Best place to live in Calif. (for poker)

I want to live and play poker in California.

I prefer to live in a non-Urban area with reasonable traffic and cost of living.

I prefer to have good loose profitable games (at least 10/20) nearby, and a selection of nearby rooms to choose from.

What location best fits those two preferences?
