Default Re: Must read list (Time saving post)

I totally agree we need some "sticky" posts here for new people, someone once mooted even having a beginners/noobs section. All good, no progress.

There is one HUGE name that no-one has mentioned yet, which is not suprosing as you will only find him in HUSH archives over 6 months ago, and that is SODA. Soda was the guy who introduced David Ross to SH play, whose articles in turn introduced a lot of people to SH games and may even be the most important "seed" poster responsible for the huge growth in SH games on many sites.

Lists are always dodgy things to produce, though not because I am worried about offending people who are not on them, but that people see tham as heirarchical or status related, when in fact they are just lists of names. So I am now going to produce a list...

From the early days when I was new to SH, the names that were appearing regularly and which I found to be very instructional are (and this is archive material by now, regarding the posts themselves):

El Diablo/Ulysses
Soda
Schneids
Natetha'Great
stripsqueeze
Peter_Rus
James282
Gonores
Kiddo

Plus a bunch of others whose posts have contributed greatly to discussion:

Guido
Chezlaw
Requeim
TJD
Grisgra
Chio
Nottom
Vehn
NickB
KingYao
Zele
imitation
Apocalypse
fyodor
tripdad
spydog
JeffW
Magikist
RobK

Some of these names only appear in the HUSH archives, and a sizeable chunk appear to have gone on to higher limits. You can decide what that means about my game for yourselves...
