Default limits in relation to BR

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have around $300 in my PP account. For the last 6 months it has been as low as $200 and as high as $350 or $360. I originally bought in for $50 about a year ago.

I play in a bi-weekly home game. We usually play a 50NL tourney and some sort of dealers choice or a holdem $1\$2 game. I am in the money probably 80% of the time.

I play $10L and $30L STT on PP. I play L mostly because I wont get myself "in trouble" or get drawed out on in those "low buyin" NL tourneys. Maybe I should play both?

I consider myself tight agressive (but dont we all)? I have no problem folding 15-20 hands in a row in a tourney, but when I'm in a hand I tend to raise regardles of position. That maybe because i am sticking with premimum hands.

I play some $1\$2 ring games, but it seems like I always get my butt handed too me. I know I am not as tight, and probably too agressive. It's easier to dig to the cashier in a cash game, and obviously impossibe in a tourney.

My question is what games are appropriate for my BR? I am hesitant to play .50\$1 and only $10 tourneys but maybe thats what I should stick with??

Opinions?

Thanks.
