Honeymoon planning/ Cardroom Locations

I'm planning my honeymoon for early May and would like to go to a location that has a decent poker room.

No, Vegas is not an option, or AC or Reno for that matters. She knows that she won't see me much if at all unless she learns how to play and joins me at the table.

I am thinking Caribbean Islands or a cruiseship. I can pull a "Oh, they have poker here? wow! maybe I can play later." Any experiences or suggestions?
