Default PT - Plugging Leaks ?

Hello,

I have 7,456 hands in my Poker Tracker Database, and am now looking to try and use the software to improve my game.
Obviously I'm not exactly sure where to start so I am browsing this forum in the first instance.

My stats are :

VP$IP - 26.18
VP$IP (SB) - 47.71
Folded SB To Steal - 90.91
Folded BB To Steal - 35.71
Att. To Steal - 9.32
Won $ WSF % - 22.80
BB/100 - 11.83
Went to SD - 34.70
Won $ At SD - 50.61
PF Raise - 6.48

Now although I know what the above mean, I don't know how good / bad they are etc ?
Obviously any advice would be appreciated.

In addition to the above, I have been looking at some of the hands that lose me money, and notice that AKs is up there.

My stats for this are :

Times - 22
Win % - 27.27
Net - (2.92)
BB/Hand - (0.51)
VP$IP - 100
W$SWF - 27.27
PFR - 68.18
RFI% - 4.55
LwPC - 22.73
WtSD - 45.45
W$SD - 40

Again, I'd love to know what I should look for in the above that lets me know why it is costing me money. I would expect a hand like this to be in profit. (especially as AKo has a BB/Hand of 2.22)

Or is it that the sample history is so small, that I can't get a true picture ?

As mentioned, I'd appreciate any advice on these stats, but more specifically what you look for in PT to improve your game.

Thanks very much.

J.
