Bankroll Management

I am wondering about opening a ING savings account so that I am not keeping a bunch of money in neteller, does anyone have any experience with them? I know that EFT's take 2-3 days from them, is there a better alternative? What is the general rule on how much money you keep at the tables, and in neteller. I play 1/2 and 2/4 right now but I can imagine when I move up more I am not going to want to keep tons of money in either. Please give me some ideas on how you manage your poker bankroll.
