Default Horrible river card, how bad is my play?

This is a hand I played two days ago that really annoyed me afterwards since I feel I played really bad.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO folds, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Too loose to call this hand from SB?

Flop: (6 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, UTG+1 calls, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, Button calls, Hero calls.

Open ended straight draw here, I believe a call is correct. I don't particulary like the 2 clubs though.
Someone might be sitting on AQ here as well, but I don't really think so with no PF raise and no raise here.

Turn: (5.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 folds, MP3 raises, Button calls, Hero calls, BB calls.

Yay! Maybe 3-betting here would be much better?
I figure MP3 also has a queen and that we're heading for a split pot now.

River: (13.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, MP3 raises, Button folds, Hero calls, BB 3-bets, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 22.50 BB

Total disaster, paired board and the third club hits. Fold right away here?
