Need help picking a tournament book.

Does sklanskys Tournament poker for advanced players or Tom Mcevoys tournament poker cover all tournament games like omaha,holdem,stud,lowball?? Or do both of them cover all the games? If they both do which is better?? PLease respond I want to buy one of these books tommorow.Thanks.
