Default Documents required to cashout at Captaincookspoker

OK, so I thought all the horror stories were overblown; and since I've never had a problem with Gamingclub or anywhere else, I'd be exempt from the hassles. Not so.

I got the dreaded demand for documents this morning. The reason given was because I am withdrawing such a "large amount" ($643). I put in $700 via Neteller, so I was trying to cashout less than I put in. No pending bonuses.

Also they demand both the front and back view of "my credit card", although as stated above, I never used a credit card with them.

I have neither a scanner nor a fax machine; and by the height of coincidence, the post office recently changed us from a rural route address system to a road and number system and my driverslicense still has the "old" address. Plus this month is my birthday and I have to renew my driverslicense this month; so I probably won't get the new one for another six weeks or so.

Be aware--this is Captain Cooks Poker. Also (not that it matters to me any more), but you cannot download the handhistories via playcheck--their site has a particular glitch that I haven't seen on any other prima site. Also if you make a deposit for any promotion, they will not let you withdraw ANY OF YOUR OWN MONEY until you have cleared the bonus. This is poker I'm talking about--and I'm not talking about withdrawing bonus money or winnings--just the money you put in.

Don't say you weren't warned.
