Tipping waitresses during MTT

Wasn't sure if this should go here or the multi-table board but decided to post it here since its specific to b&m cardrooms.

Part of your tourney fee typically covers the dealers tip in advance but how do you handle tipping the waitresses during a long tournament? I'm certainly not going to be giving them a tournament chip (especially if you're at the final table). Do folks just take a bunch of low bills with them to cover this through out the tournament? Bill it too your room if you're staying at the casino?
