Default Should i have played any different?

Gobsmacked with this one......

OK mtt sat to Poker stars 500k - top 6 get a seat....7 left!!! Chipleader has just taken out another player hand before.......(relevant?)

OK - when he reraised he was saying im calling now no matter what, but i didnt think he had or needed aces - one ace maybe, but not 2. Still there are players with 4-6 times bb left.....surely i shouldnt have folded here......should i? Could i have played differently?
