Who wins?

I play with a group of friends and this situation has arrisen a few times recently and created a few arguments as everyone has a different opinion on it. We play Tourney holdem with first, second and third placed finishers taking various ammounts.

there are 3 players left, Player A is short stacked and C is chip leader. A goes all in, pre flop, players b and c call. Player b goes all in after the flop and C calls. C has the best hand and finishes first. A's hand is better than Bs. So my question is, who should take second?
