Gaming Club Poker Cashout,HELP!(kinda long)

I have recieved an email from the gaming club support team and i appreciate that security is of course of the utmost importance, but their current method of obtainting it does not encorage faith in the gaming room poker club,especially for a new user at the site,maybe if this became an industry standard it would become more acceptable,but as you are aware other sites do not require this,maybe they should,but it certainly should not take 3 weeks to verify,so far i have faxed copies of my passport/drivers licence/Phone bill/Visa statment to two different fax no. and sent scans of same to their support email address, my bank did not require this much information when i got a loan for my car (valued 10k)and yet i still have yet another document to send to the site in order to facilitate a 640dollar cashout.
I will update this forum with any devolopments.
