Best way to shut down the table coach without tapping the glass?

I like the line, "would you like some cheese with that whine?" or "if he really is so bad, why can't you beat him?" Lines like this usually serve to get the table coach mad at you, and so he stops berating the fish. I really couldnt care less if he's attacking me - i've got a real thick skin.

Also - if he's really being a problem you can use the invite function to send him a little private message telling him to stfu.
