A different Q-Q fold question

100+20 10 player sit-n-go. Six players left, pays top 3.
I have t4400 and chip leader, second place in chips is BB and t2600+ 400 on his blind. I come in for raise UTG for 1300. SB calls my raise and BB re-raises all-in. Now BB re-raise all-in after the SB had called meant to me that he had to have 10's/A's wired or A-K... but the way he couldnt wait to shove his chips in the pot meant to me he had A's or K's. Now, who would fold here?

Results:
I do fold and SB calls because he had invested almost all of chips on the raise anyhow, he has tens. BB has two black kings.
