If there are this many maniacs at your table there is probably a better spot for you to make money than overcalling an all-in with JJ. The analysis basically boils down to what the probability is that either of these opponents has you dominated with an overpair. That is the only situation where you do not have odds to call. The fact that you "would have" flopped quads doesn't mean squat - I probably would have folded as well. Keep in mind there's no way I'm folding that hand against the first player's all-in by itself.
