Help! Display Driver Stopped Responding

The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. The message goes on the tell me to shut computer down and reboot. This happens fairly often while I play on-line. Can anybody tell me what this means and what I can do about it? Its frustrating to get kicked off in the middle of a hand. Thank You.
