Default The Psychology of Poker

I'm sure everyone that frequents this forum has read Al's book. I just want to say that book changed my life.

If you guys recall I was the guy that started the thread "Stakes Tilt" and how I had blown over $20K moving up looking to win back losses in a twisted form of tilt.

Yeah, well I just bought Al's book and haven't put in down in 5 days. I've read it like 8 times.

I think I'm going to start applying this stuff and maybe I'll be able to maintain my optimal play instead of blowing my roll every two months.

If you haven't read this book I suggest you buy it, it's worth the investment.

Thanks Al and everyone at 2+2.
