PokerRoom Deposit Bonus

I recently took advantage of the 40% up to $200 that PokerRoom offered for first time deposits. After clearing the 1400 player points required for the full bonus (which i'm sure some others know takes a really long time at the $25 NL tables), they have not given me my bonus. I was under the impression it would be immediately credited to my account. The only thing that happened is that the bonus no longer appears in my bonus section. After emailing them, I have not received a response. Has anyone had a similar situation and if so how was it resolved?
