How much more effective or "expert" do you feel Ciaffone's coaching has been via e-mail than 2+2 responses? Obviously you can get much more in-depth but I am curious as to whether you believe it is worth in monetarily when there are posters here who have quite a bit of expereince as well and are willing to respond to your posts.
