How to Find a Shark

I live in the NYC area and I am in need of fast financing from a non-traditional lender. read: loan shark. I am in dire need of $7000 to pay back rent and school tuition, and have no family and no friends with this kind of money. I am agreeable to a ridiculous interest rate due to the gravity of my situation (I will be evicted soon). Any suggestions or know someone who can help me?
