What's the deal with Pacific Poker???

Ok, so I tried Pacific Poker recently, and am still sort of trying it...but is it just me, or does this site really suck? It has seemingly a lot of players and many tables but has absolutely no options and features of any sort. I think the only setting I've found is to turn the sound on or off but I couldn't do it after I started a tournament. You can't show your uncalled winning hand. You can't open tables at the tournaments other than your table. Everytime you enter a table or tourney, a new window does NOT pop up and after going back to the main lobby, everything is once again not organized. And there's more. Ok, is it really just me or is there a way to get around this? I don't think I'm stupid but I could definitely be missing something here.
