Default Not a Conspiracy Theory

Two nights ago I won about $280 playing $2/4 limit on two tables. Now I know what you're thinking: "Wow! Is this guy pound for pound the best internet poker player ever?" And the answer is of course.

I've had this type of success in the past, but a strange thing happens whenever I do: I lose most of the money in the next few days. Now I'd like to think that my favorite poker site is conspiring against me cause then I won't have to admit to any flaws in my game. But that's just silly stupid. I think that my problem is overconfidence/cockiness. So, I was wondering if I should concentrate on playing a much tighter game in order to combat that feeling that I can't be beaten? Or would it be better to take a few days off? Or should I maybe just cash out my winnings and retire in style?
