Default party 3-6 tougher than 5-10?

Here's the background. Although I have played online. I had not played since Jan. 2 2004 when I cashed out to play live.

I had a bad run live, my car broke down and I decided to quit smoking so I have'nt played live in about 8 weeks. I regulary played 6-12 and 4-8 live.

About 5 weeks ago I deposit 300 into party. Work that up to 800 playing 1-2. Worked it up to 1800 playing 2-4. I do nnot play more than two tables at a time. This weekend I decided to play a little 3-6 and 5-10 just to see. I pplayed 5-10 both full table and short handed. It seemed to me that the 3-6 game was toughr than the 5-10.

I won some playing full table 5-10; lost some pplaying 5-10 short handed and broke about even playing 3-6. Over all up about 300. I know I dont have enough hands to make a valid comparison, but I though that the 3-6 players were tougher than the full table 5-10 players. What do the rest of you think.

BTW, I also decide that I do not play shorthanded very well. I am not going to play until I read up some. Are the 1-2 tables representative of the 5-10 play, in other words, does playing 1-2 prepare me for 5-10.

Thanks in advance.
