How much to raise pf when it's 2x BB to go (Casino San Pablo)

I was thinking of trying out the casino san pablo sometime (1-2-2 NL, $100 buyin), just to play some NL in person.

There it's $1 on the button (drop) and two $2 blinds, but it's $4 to go. What should a pf raise be here? Usually I'd go to about $6-8, but that's only twice what it costs to open.

Also any advice on dealing with the super small buyin (25x opening?)
