Default 66 utg+1, hows my line?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, 3 folds, SB raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, MP2 calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP2 folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

I figured SB for overcards and raised to get MP2 out of the pot. I certainly didn't like the 3-bet but I didn't want to lay down for 1 SB.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

There's a great card, 10 outs if he has an overpair and 8 outs if he has a set.

River: (8.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls.

Runner runner straight, that was fun. Did I deserve to be in this hand? Should I have dropped on the flop after the 3-bet? Fold on the PFR?
