Ray Michael B,
While on vacation, recently, I read Poker Farce and Poker Truth. In the inimitable words of Artie Johnson: “Vedddddy Interrrrresting”. Upon returning home, I was faced with a minor dilemma: Where to put the book on my poker shelf? I have currently three sets of bookends on the poker shelf. One contains tomes by Sklansky, Malmuth, Brunson, Ciaffone, Cloutier, etc. One contains volumes by Holden, McManus, Alvarez, Yardley, et al. The third is set aside for books of the ilk written by Schoonmaker, Feeney, and Phillips. I contemplated buying another set of bookends, but on second thought… I installed a sump pump on the shelf below to protect, from any possible BS runoff, my copies of the I Ching, Tao Te Ching, Bhagvad Gita, Kama Sutra, and several volumes containing the story of Noah, whereupon… Your book was installed amongst the poker psychology books. I do hope this was a good decision, and that the sump pump works properly. Thank you for a vedddy interrrrresting read. Yours, DrPhysic |
