Contact Number for Empire Poker?

I just opened an Empire Poker account and my friend was going to transfer some start-up capital to me. For whatever reason, my account won't let him do it.

Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this? If I must contact Empire, what's the number? I think a problem like this may be better to solve in real-time by voice than by correspondence.
