1. Do you understand what is going on?

2. Is the pattern clear?

3. Are you trading with the trend?

4. Do you have a defined entry level, target, and stop?

5. Do you REALLY understand what is going on?


Asking myself these questions is my technique for avoiding trading on tilt.
