Getting the maximum NL200 6 max

Villain in this hand is tight, very aggressive. 29VPIP, 14PFR. AF factors: preflop 0.81 / flop 4.85 (Sample size 3500 hands). My image is LAG/TAG, a mix. My numbers are 33VPIP, 18PFR, preflop AF 1, flop AF 5.68.

The only part of this hand I think I could have played better is the river. $150 was too large I believe, more than half my stack. It tells him that I am prepared to risk all my stack, meaning I have a good hand. I think a better bet would have been 60-80, allowing him to bluff me back over the top, or call me with something decent. People have been telling me I should have raised on the turn, but since he bet so much, I felt any raise ($200 being the smallest) would display too much strength and get him to fold. Thoughts?
