AK flops top 2...what to do on river?
Full Tilt Poker - $1/$2 - No Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Seat 1: Villain ($244.15) Seat 7: Hero ($268.70) Dealt to Hero [Ks Ad] 2 folds Hero raises to $8 2 folds Villain calls $8 3 folds *** FLOP *** [Kc Ah 8c] Pot ($19) Hero bets $15 Villain calls $15 *** TURN *** [Kc Ah 8c] [7s] Pot ($49) Hero bets $40 Villain calls $40 *** RIVER *** [Kc Ah 8c 7s] [6s] Pot ($129 Hero bets $205.70, and is all in Villain folds Uncalled bet of $205.70 returned to Hero Hero mucks Hero wins the pot ($126) No specific reads on villain here...been sitting for maybe 50 hands, they haven't gotten too involved in anything. However when they called the flop and turn they were almost instantaneous...So i figured they were being stubborn with any ace(although probably Q,J,10 since they've been fairly tight) or they were on a flush draw. So given the river blanked...do you like betting pot here? overbetting to induce a "big call" from opponent? underbetting? checking to induce bluff/value bet? (although i was confident they would check behind most of the time here) they had $180 left on river ZZzzZZzz |
