So here's my dilema(sp?)

I put $667 into PokerRoom last night to get THEIR bonus. Can withdraw $400 out of PR and not risk losing my bonus there?

Yes you can deposit and receive the bonus and then immdediately cashout and your bonus will still be there. I did it last night at Pokerroom.com and party last night with no problems

Not great considering Intercasino is not 8.25 per hour
