Default Pre flop decision

EP raises, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO 3 bets.

EP is solid and likely to cap, CO is unknown, MP1-3 are absolute calling stations. They'll showdown bottom pair, chase a lone overcard etc.

What's your move with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in the BB?

Thanks, I was pretty sure this was a fold but I just wanted to see what others had to say. I thought the implied odds might be there to play for the flush or straight alone, but MP2 turned over A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. That could have been ugly.

odds are almost never enough for you to call for a straight or flush alone, especially for a hand like KQ that doesn't make many straights, and usually doesn't make the nut flush.

Fold. Hard to do, but IMO the best thing to do.

Had a very similar situation tonight. Mucked it, flopped a boat. Still happy with my play, though.

Too many ways to get in trouble, IMO. Lose to an Ace kicker after hitting Kings or Queens or run into a better flush. Hand looks like a possible runner up in the making.
I muck.
