I asked the floor what i should pay, he said 3% is customary, i gave him $400.

as for all the collusion talk, i agree, i was more or less a bystander in the situation as i had no chips during the decision making process, i had never encountered a situation like that, and in hindsight it is certainly collusion, while it was happening, the last thought i had was collusion, it was i have a short stack, if i bust now after 12+ hours of play i am not making a dime, plus we are speaking out loud with the TD standing directly behind me, and the dealer is obviously aware of our interactions.

This doesn't make it any more okay. You agreed to this not once, but twice. Enjoy the $12,000 you got by cheating. I'll enjoy the smaller money ($2,500) I won on Sunday with a much clearer conscience. I'm glad I didn't play in that tournament.

Again, congratulations, but I'd be careful trying this again. If I were anywhere near you I'd have you eliminated for collusion. And I'm a pacifist... no telling what some of the a-holes that play would do.

i didn't think my reasoning made it okay nor did i state that anywhere, who are you? i didn't ask for your input. my conscience is entirely clear, i only wish i laid down those pocket sixes. and if you see me, you should stay away, cause i will have most if not all of your stack at the end of our encounter, i am sensing some hostility or resentment in your post, sounds like some personal issues you need to work out, good luck with it....

It's funny that you didn't ask for input. Since you posted it on a bulletin board and all...

I have no anger, resentment, or ill-will. I was just agreeing that it's cheating and stating that I wouldn't be able to do that or put up with it. And no, you wouldn't have all of my chips. You'd be too busy folding to the big blind at the other table.
