Re: KJs hand vs river bet
SB's flop bet looks pretty weak and so is his preflop raise (3bb) so with out any reads the average player at these levels could have a pretty big range here. I would raise the flop to ~$3 then go from there... if he bets out strongly again on the turn you could likely be beaten. If he checks I'd bet about half the pot on the turn. Not sure how good this is but thats how I would play it at the moment.

Re: KJs hand vs river bet
Just call the river. Looks like a weak blocking bet, but he still have KJ beaten. No point in raising. I like the rest of the hand but I would make it $3 on the turn.

Re: KJs hand vs river bet
I'm curious as to why I should be betting $3 on the turn, but thanks.

Re: KJs hand vs river bet
Raise the flop, his weak bet means he has nothing or has you crushed better to find out on the flop. Also your turn bet is a bit small, though this is just nitpicking. Easy call on river getting 4:1. JMO

I'm kinda curious, though, do we want him to call or not? But this is kinda cool. It's a "turn blocking bet". Very neat. |
